She currently serves as a Senior Consultant Urologist at Asian Institute of Nephrology and Urology (AINU) and is widely recognized for her expertise in female urology, pelvic floor disorders, reconstructive urology, and minimally invasive urological surgery.

A Gold Medalist in MS (General Surgery) and a DNB-qualified Urologist, Dr. Pandya combines advanced surgical skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
